JP Aggregate Leader List

Disclaimer: The aggregate list is basically a compilation of the leader tier lists from three JP PAD sites: Game8, GameWith and AppMedia. The idea is that while a single tier list can have many points of contention, hopefully an aggregate can kind of smooth things over (it doesn’t, really, but it helps a bit). I try to keep my hands off the results as much as possible; the extent of my involvement is setting the algorithm to aggregate the results. I wish I could be fully hands off, but as none of the lists have 1:1 correlation in their grades, I have to have that much involvement. Don’t take these ratings as fact; I encourage you to simply take them as a starting point for discussion to figure out which leads are actually the best for your specific situation.
I delayed the post in hopes of snagging some Christmas updates. Only GameWith did, but they were major, the most outstanding being Ra Dragon claiming the top tier for himself. I’m not sure if the other lists will follow suit, but it’s hard to deny that Ra Dragon is once again a powerhouse.

Ranked Sites: GameWith (A)
GameWith ranked her on par with the original which was about what I expected. In the long term I don’t see her keeping pace, but we never know what GungHo has in store. |

Something I’m curious about for the radra rating – top of the tier list means they’re the best at the hardest stuff in the game, right? But it seems like radra would have a pretty bad time with most of the radar dragons because TPAs and damage absorbs don’t get along. And machine zeus is a no rcv dungeon when radra only brings 2 heartmakers, and machine athena has a 150% gravity and once again a damage absorb.
Does radra beat these things anyway or is the tier not actually about those things?

– You’re probably not hitting Zeus and Gaia limits even with TPAs and the rest, who says you need to TPA everything?
– Ra Dragon could beat MZeus before the buff. Who says you need to bring the same subs/inherits for everything? Not sure what no RCV has to do with it as that hurts heart-cross teams even more.
– Everything struggles against MAthena. Just because you can’t do one or two specific dungeons amazingly well isn’t a knock against a lead. Conversely, you’re not going to see GOdin make the list because he’s a reliable lead here.
I think you need more flexibility when thinking about these things.

Why or how do leaders go up and down the tier list? When looking at these leaders, are only teams with the optimal subs being reviewed or is a wide sub pool like with Krishna a factor? Is what makes a team a higher rank than another team gauged by how much content they can clear? How fast they can clear it? How reliable they can clear it? I apologize for all the questions. Been a fan of the list and just want to understand it completely

This list is mostly an aggregate – we don’t fully understand why each JP site ranks things as they do. That being said, there are a few things we can be pretty sure of. The rating is largely dictated by how much content the leader can clear with optimal teams, with consistency being a major factor. Sub pool is a factor, but it’s valued a lot lower (something like krishna is up there due to sheer strength, but his wide sub pool will rank him higher than something with similar power but limited sub pool). Speed is largely a factor for the farming tier lists (as well as consistency).

Pretty much this.

Why is Ra Dragon ranked higher than Kaede on some of the lists? Is he really that strong? I know the chicken is strong, but I never thought he was above Kaede.

Who knows, but being able to field a bind immune team is invaluable.

Wow, I wish we had PAD Radar. I’d drop $40 on Dark Athena in a heartbeat :O

Yep. She’s definitely a “bargain”.

I totally underestimated the Minerva and Ilm combo but it cleared Arena 1 so easily. I died the next run due to skyfall being at its most abundant on Sopdet but wow. I shouldn’t dismiss these things so easily! Glad she’s getting love even if it won’t last for long. I need teams other than Myr.

Yeah, I really underestimated the team as well. It’s even better now with the Tsubaki split.

Completley unrelated but I saw the Evangelion Myr and died inside. I also saw that you retweeted it and now I want to roll on the Evangelion REM that I’m not expecting to come back to NA (to prevent disappointment) even though I know that that’s a bad idea :’) Since I have like no DKali-active cards
…my other reaction is GungHo wtf are you on we gonna be stuck in heart cross for a lonnnngggg time

I’m just going to assume the Rei/Myr hybrid will jump to the top of the list instantly.
As far as I see it, they just obsoleted Ronove
In regards to this tier list, I have to say that I am not prepared for Bleach at all. Seeing the new golds do so well only reveals how little stones I have

I wouldn’t jump to the conclusion that Rei makes Ronove ‘obsolete’. Her multiplier at 4 colors is much lower than Ronoves and the likelihood of getting the full activation is low and cannot be guaranteed for when you need it. Also, the non-synergistic, long cooldown active makes a big difference when talking about consistency. I believe Rei is good, but not gamebreaking like many people believe, however I may be proven wrong so we’ll see.

the majority of community underrated Ronove only to see him dramatically appear in the tier list and by his playstyle, was very good.
in the sense of the latter however Rei Myr is pretty overrated as it looks like, and may just wound up being worse than ronove even though she’s bind immune.
who knows though, heart cross is still heart cross meta and she could land in a decent tier list. but for her hard activation, lack of subs to go along, she may just wound up being in the 3 or honorable mention list. have to wait and see what JP does with her though before jumping to conclusion.

also to mention something critical: she’s going to have serious difficulty stalling on a floor as a heart cross yields a 9x multiplier, then while you’re clearing other orbs you risk accidently killing something.

Is a burst like Muse or Loki enough for Yomidra if I’m unwilling to roll Bleach just for Ulquiorra?
LikeLike
If you have Eschamali(s), you’ll generally want Ulquiorra. Not a must have at this point, especially if all you want is Arena farming, but it’s unlikely that there’ll be a similar effect outside this collab. With endgame bosses getting progressively beefier, you’ll have to judge how much access to this active means to you.
